Zenobia Wreck
If you are advanced and passionate diver, the Zenobia Wreck is the ultimate adventure that will take you deep into the water to behold some of the most spectacular and rare species of fish. The Zenobia was once as Swedish roll-on-roll-off ferry, which sunk on her very first voyage back in 1980, carrying 104 trucks and trailers. The Zenobia Wreck has now emerged as one of the most challenging and exciting scuba diving sites in Larnaca, and it will take you 42 meters deep and 1.5 kms away from the shores of Larnaca’s fishing harbor.
The main part of the wreck lies 16m below the water surface, and the temperature for diving is ideal throughout the summer season. The Zenobia has become an artificial reef, and the natural habitat of many exalting species of fish, including parrotfish, dusky and striped groupers, Barracuda, bream and wrasse, amberjacks, and the sea bass amongst many others. It is truly a unique experience to enjoy marine life, which has made the Zenobia Wreck one of the top ten wreck dive sites across the globe.

CHAMPAGNE WRECK
Located 500 miles south of the Zenobia, the Champagne Wreck is a ten-minute drive from Larnaca, and this 65 feet deep diver allows you to explore a glorious Russian Yacht. The visibility is around 20 meters of 65 feet, which is why it is highly recommended for beginners and those who seek training. It was discovered by Alpha Diver’s Chris Martin on a sunny September morning, and this 20-meter Russian yacht is considered an extremely easy dive, filled with adventures. It allows you to feast your eyes on a spectacular display of marine life, especially the idyllic families of moray eels.
Cricket Wreck
Once a World War II Gunboat, the Cricket Wreck is now a popular scuba diving site that takes you to sea floor of Larnaca bay. The HMS Cricket, an iconic warships, is an exciting experience as you combat against challenging currents to explore the expanse of warship. You can swim inside the wreck through the escape hatches and the entry points underneath, and feast your eyes on fascinating sea creatures, including barracudas, moray eels, groupers and many more. The diving season for Cricket Wreck runs from May to November.
